Team services include both coach sessions and team sessions.

The coach sessions are used to further the technical understanding of different hockey skills. That way the staff can more effectively teach their players at practices. It is important to remember that over time the game and equipment have evolved; thus, some teaching points have changed as well.

The team sessions are when a Puck Dynasty instructor is hired to come out to a practice to work with the team. The team’s coaches can communicate to the Puck Dynasty instructor what skills need development, or the instructor may choose an effective practice plan on his/her own. Overall, this is a good way to bring skill development to the team in order to improve the group’s performance.
