It's easy for kids to get lost in the mix with large hockey camps. Too often I see players sent through drills and no one stops them to correct technique flaws, leading to poor skill development. With me, you're not just another number. My goal is to give the attention needed to improve specific hockey skills. Whether it be skating, shooting or overall strength, I have the talent and commitment to teach you how to be better.

I grew up in Minnesota and played competitive hockey for many years. I graduated from Minnehaha High School where I competed at a varsity level and was a captain my junior and senior years. After high school I was recruited to play juniors with ambitions of continuing my playing career; however, my stronger calling was on the development side of the game as a skills coach.

I started my coaching career under Scott Bjugstad (2011 to current), the shooting coach for the Minnesota Wild. Here I became lead instructor for his camps and I developed the ability to instruct players on proper shooting technique. Later, I developed a relationship with Diane Ness, Minnesota Wild Skating Coach, and Andy Ness, Minnesota Wild Skating and Skills Coach. They hire me as an instructor for Pro Edge Power (2014 to current), their training company. Through my work with Pro Edge Power, I was able to increase my knowledge base to specialize in skating, skill, and shooting technique. Since my training career has begun, I have worked with players of all levels (youth, high school, junior, D1 & D3 college, professional, and olympic).

I love hockey and I love to train. Contact me today and let's get started!
